My wanderlust started in hot summers in the ’60s when my parents would pack the family into our VW bus and set out on freestyle vacations.

One was to the Grand Canyon. It was so hot one night in New Mexico we slept on a concrete picnic table at a rest stop.

Another was to the nation’s capital. Ever since then, I have enjoyed experiencing new places and sharing them with others.

My dad was a photography enthusiast and built a darkroom behind our home, where he taught photography workshops. I had a free run of the lab, where I developed and printed photographs.

I enjoy mixing exploration and photography to share adventures, passions born when I was young and still enjoy today.
